Terms & Conditions

 

CUSTOMER RETURN POLICY (NOT INCLUDING DAMAGE):

Should a customer who has bought a product, wish to return it as it is not required, we are happy to take it back but the following conditions apply:

(a) The request must be made within 7 working days of receiving the delivery.

(b) There is a return charge of £18.00 for the first parcel and £6.00 for each subsequent parcel, within the UK Mainland (additional costs for outside this area are available separately) up to 25 kilos, for heavier items please contact the Twoey Toys office. This amount also includes the cost of the cardboard for re-packaging the product.

(c) In addition there is a re-stocking charge of £20.00 per item. This cost is to cover the cost of Administration and Inspection. This amount also includes the labour cost of re-packaging the product.

(d) The goods should be packed in the original packaging and must arrive back in a condition in which they may be re-sold as new.

(e) Any damage to the product on its return must be paid for unless transport damage can be proven and the cost borne by the courier.

(f) A date on which our courier will arrive to pick up the goods will be agreed. Should our courier arrive on the agreed date and the goods not be available for collection then an aborted collection charge will be taken off any credit that is raised. This amount will be £13.00.

(g) Credit notes will be raised when the product has arrived back undamaged. Where damage has occurred, then a credit note will only be raised when agreement has been reached on who is liable for this damage and the cost involved.

(h) The company will not credit the cost of the original delivery of £5.25 for the first parcel and £3.50 for each subsequent parcel for UK mainland deliveries.

(i) Please note that the above costs are subject to VAT at the standard rate.

At all stages of this process customers will be kept informed.


DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY:

Should a customer receive a consignment that has sustained damage in transit, then notification must be received by us within 4 days of receipt of the goods. When notification is made we will need to know the extent of the damage and the part numbers of the parts affected. Photographic evidence would be an advantage.

We cannot accept liability for any damage when notification is received after 4 days.

This deadline is noted on each individual box by way of an A5 label.

In order to keep costs down our policy is to replace damaged component parts and not the whole item unless all parts are damaged. Obviously damaged items will be replaced free of charge. Replacement goods will be shipped as soon as manufacturing conditions reasonably allow.

This does not affect the customers statutory rights.
 

DELIVERY COST DETAILS & ORDER CANCELLATION


Upgraded deliveries:

Current pricing includes delivery on a next day basis within England, Wales and Scotland, excluding Islands. Upgraded delivery additional costs are as follows:

Before Noon deliveries to England, Wales and Scotland excluding Islands:
£9.00 for the first parcel
£6.50 for each subsequent parcel

For ordinary deliveries outside of this area including upgrades please contact the Twoey Toys office.

Non-Mainland areas.

Current pricing includes delivery on a next day basis within England, Wales and Scottish mainland. Delivery supplements to non mainland areas are as follows:

Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, and Channel Islands (3 day service):
   
£22.00 for the first 20 kgs
£0.26 for each subsequent kg
Isle of Man & Republic of Ireland (3-day service):
£30.00 for the first 20kgs
£0.31 for each subsequent kg
Scottish Highlands:
£2.00 per consignment.
Isle of Wight deliveries:
£8.20 per consignment.
Aborted Delivery:
£5.50 plus any storage or return costs.
Re delivery / Re routing:
£7.00 per parcel.
Booking in of deliveries:
£15.00 per consignment


Order Cancellation:

Should we be asked to cancel an order then there will be the following charges:

Charge for order not despatched:
£3.00 per item.
Charge for despatched order:
As per Customer return policy.

These charges will only apply where the cancellation has taken place within the agreed delivery period.

 

DELIVERY / SUPPLY

The term "Description" as indicated on the invoice means all articles, materials, or work ordered by the customer.

"Delivery Terms and Conditions" shall mean that:

Delivery of the goods shall be made by Mike Miller Associates Ltd trading as Twoey Toys to the Buyer’s premises, or at such other address as is set out on the Purchase Order or otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and Twoey Toys.
Delivery shall be made to account holders within 4-6 weeks of receipt of order (unless otherwise agreed in writing between the Buyer and Twoey Toys). Non-account holders must pay the full amount outstanding prior to delivery, and delivery will be made 4-6 weeks thereafter (unless otherwise agreed in writing between the buyer and Twoey Toys). Our delivery promise is given in good faith; no liability can be accepted for late delivery or non-delivery due to unforeseen circumstances.
All goods remain the legal property of Twoey Toys until payment is received in full.

Design.
Our policy is one of continuing improvement in our products. Consequently, we reserve the right to make alterations in design and materials without prior notice.

We take care to ensure that descriptions and illustrations are clear and accurate but point out that all colours and sizes are approximate. Accessories shown in the illustrations are not included unless stated.

Credit is offered subject to approval on a strictly nett monthly basis; interest may be charged on overdue accounts at a rate of 1% above base rate. We reserve the right to withdraw credit at any time and demand immediate settlement.
